Letter to a suicidal friend.
I understand, but I beleive you should never try to put a thought out of your head, nor fear death. Become as aware of it as you can, embrace it and feel it until you are exhausted of it.
Cognitively, what your mind does when you try not to think of something, is check to see if you are thinking of it every so often, so it knows if what you're doing is working.
In other words; every so often you unconsciously check to see if you have been thinking about the thing you were trying not to think about lol it's self defeating.
Studies show that people are more likely to think about something that they are trying not to think about. In this sense, distraction is what works far better than trying not to think of something.
Also, along with this, anxiety is created by the fear of thinking of something you don't want to think of. Like insecurity, the only way to face this is to IMMERSE yourself in it fully and consciously. Examine it and all thoughts and physical feelings that go with it, until you have accepted it and are sick of it.
Creation creates itself. Creation is. Creation is change, the one constant truth. This creation was created by a creator, a song of frequencies, vibrations, harmony and discord played by a distant drummer. Creation recreates itself, and you can choose not to, but don't let yourself be trapped by the belief systems and societies of man, or the fears of man that were attached to the truth and called religions either- hell is hogwash, believe it's there and you'll create it here, it only exists if you believe it, and sins are the fears of man attached to the truth to perpetuate it.
Before you give in to this mental trap, fight like an animal to push every accepted boundary and find yourself, then be exactly who you are, then recreate yourself and this world to be the way you want it to be, or fucking die fighting beautiful!
Karmic law is the same as the law of conservation of energy in physics, it is inherent balance: Give and take, you get what you give, and the takers will give-trust that. Energy is never created or destroyed, it only changes forms, and we are energy. Quantum physicists have made molecules, not individual atoms, but actual molecules, jump back and forth between mass and energy. Things flip inside out when they do this, like a 180 degree phase change.
We only appear to always be here because we are big, slow and low energy. Our mass is too high and our frequency (therefore energy), is too sloooooooow lol to see the energy that creates us, which is not always mass here! Consider that light can be both a particle and an energy wave. Consider that when you have and alternating electric wave, a magnetic wave exists at 90 degrees to it. Consider that when a wave moves through the water, the water only vibrates where it is and never leaves, but the wave travels carried by it's action! We are created by an energy that is "sometimes" mass here, and sometimes energy there- do you need any fiction?! What could compare with that magic!
Here, at this point in space and time, we are trapped by this mass, but when we are the energy that creates us here, our mass is so low, and our frequency so fast, that space, and indeed time, become irrelevent. You will be aware of all iterations of you through all time, one point will be meaningless, you will be aware of all of it. Like the light wave that travels from the sun forever into space, while the light particle vibrates in place- you will be aware of ALL of it.
Have you ever had a dream that seemed like a lifetime, but when you woke up you realized the alarm went off and you just passed out for another 5 minutes? Guess where you were?
A rose was shown to me, and I know that the only thing to fear is fear itself. Some lessons have been very painful to learn, but I have no more fear, and I know it is not for me to decide when to leave, because there are more lessons still. I wait, and let her put me where she wants me to be. I know things happen the way they are supposed to for a reason, and because of that there ain't a person that walks this Earth that can hurt me, control me, or hold my tongue. Most people are content not knowing they're half alive, like plow horses with blinders on, and death's nothing to be scared of- living here forever half dead is.
There's many more places to go Aeon. Namaste- I loved you before I knew you, I love you now, and I'll love you forever. There's no more details to be had, it's not the kind of "love you" that really means "please don't leave."
If only one thing I could hope to help you see, is that if you believe that you are not still connected to your source, and all those who you know that came and left before you, you are deceived by religions. No priest has your hotline. It seems like you thinking...when you really need them, they are there, ask...ask...ask for someone by name even, and when you sense the answer, you will know it is them- believe it. Chill out and be who you are, and know you're invincible, a child of light here to help others and find yourself doing it. You're wonderful and beautiful and a creator made of energy baby...made to create and recreate yourself..to bring light to the darkness, warmth to the cold and protect truth. xoxo ~Jason

At some point, you realize that forever and never are really the same thing. As zero is to one; no thing is anything, no thing is everything. Finally putting the pieces together. Completely off grid and easily sustainable. Hydrogen produced from water by solar powered hydrolysis.
Wind and geothermal aspects can further aid efficiency. Very nice.

Yes, we now know the universe is flat.
It's expanding, and curiously it's also accelerating, which is kinda cool.
Apparently dark energy is exerting a negative pull on the universe, which may keep it expanding forever.
Although we aren't really sure what dark matter and dark energy are yet, even though they make up most of the universe by a long shot (normal matter's only about 4%).
We've seen dark matter bend light, so we know it's there, and apparently it's some powerful shit.

Some things in life you just can't ignore.
You must face them head on, deal with them, accept them, come to terms with them somehow.
Feelings must be felt, emotions expressed, memories remembered and a perspective arrived at.
Trying to suppress negative, compulsive or distressing thoughts does not work.
Embrace the thought, let it happen. To avoid obsession, or break addiction, distraction is a better technique.
Avoid idleness of hand and mind, make sure you are doing...experiencing and living in the present reality.
And talk to yourself.
